How would I find out why my grandfather, James Hoy CHRISTNER was
put into reform school. According to the pension records of his father
Jacob CHRISTNER , James was sentenced some time in the latter 1890's.
In doing geneological research I've found that I want to know the answer
to everything. Thanks.
