I am researching the name RIGHTMIRE and find that on the page about Anna JARVIS , Founder of Mothers Day, that her husband's mother was Henrietta RIGHTMIRE . I am interested in any information on Henrietta as well as Warren RIGHTMIRE b. 1876, Clyde RIGHTMIRE , a postmaster at Miller Creek W. V., and Clara Alice RIGHTMIRE b. March 16, 1889 near Thornton, Taylor Co. W.V. and was a circuit clerk in Tucker Co. Also any other RIGHTMIRE family. Thanks.....Alice.

I am researching Patrick McLAUGHLIN who was born ca 1828 in Ireland and married Catherine. They had a son John McLAUGHLIN born 1860 in Taylor Co W Va. John married Bridget GALVIN in Jan 1893. Bridget was the daughter of Edward GALVIN and Julia. Would appreciate help on Patrick and Catherine and on Edward and Bridget .

Looking for information on an Alexus FRYE born on July 18 year not known who married Eunice BREEDLOVE born on April 22 again year not known. They had 9 children Sadie, Pansey, Leora, Charles, Garfield, Robert, Netty, Myrtle and Viney. Sadie born June 11, 1917 is my grandmother and this is all I have on this family. I am searching for information on Nathan E. BARTLETT who is listed in the 1860 and 1870 census of Taylor County. Nathan was born about 1824 and his wife Sarah PAYNE about 1825. They had children listed as John Calvin, Granville, Marshall, Eleanora (my GGrandmother) and Worthington. My GGrandmother Eleanora married Minor Sylvester BARTLETT . I cannot find any information on the parents of Nathan E. BARTLETT I have tried searching many places. Anyone who could help in this search would be greatly appreciated. I also cannot find marriage records to Sarah Payne or their death dates.

I am in possession of a picture of Willis, his father Willis Primo, and his mother Esther B. Davis RILEY . The picture was taken in Grafton WV at what appears to be Loars Studio. I will copy and send if anyone is interested. Would also like info on this family.

Alexander {Zan} JENNINGS was born "so they say" in Grafton in Sept. 30, 1856.That is all the information I have. There were four brothers.

I am seeking information on Frederick BISHOFF born in Virginia (WV) in 1829. He and his wife Eleanor Jane ASHBY BISHOFF , who was born in 1834, moved to Missouri in about 1860. They lived in Grafton before moving. They eventually lived and died in Irvington, KY. I do not have information about the parents of either. According to family tradition, she had several brothers who died in Andersonville. I would appreciate any help.

Looking for any information on the NEWCOME family, living in Taylor, Upshur, or Marion Counties. The only name I have is Louella NEWCOME b. abt 1875 and married JAMES WILLIAM BOYCE b. 1870. Thomas THOMAS was born about 1760 in Delaware. He moved to West Virginia about 1799. He died in 1836 and is buried in the Knottsville Cemetery, Knottsville, Taylor Co, WV. Does anyone know where in Delaware he came from? Who was his first wife? He had a son Nathan who was born abt 1797 in DE and died in 1875 in Fayette Co, PA.
