ARTHUR MIDDLETON PARKER, III, born 7 May 1944 in Washington, D.C., was the son of Arthur M. Parker, Jr. and Mary Rose Wolfe.
Captain Parker married Constance Marie Leighliter in St. Marys, Pleasants County, on 2 March 1967. The daughter of King Martin Leighliter and Dorothy Mae Casswell, she resided at 615 Sycamore Street, St. Marys. His usual residence was Lake City, Florence, South Carolina. Constance lived in St. Marys while her husband was in Vietnam.
Buried at Lake City Memorial Park, Florence County, South Carolina.
