CHARLES WILLARD MILLER, JR., born 19 March 1949 in Parkersburg, Wood County, W.Va., was the son of Charles W. Miller, Sr. and Cora Belle Tice. His siblings were Kevin (1955-2020), Mark (1952-2020) and Sue Ellen Miller (1946-2009).

Buried at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, St. Marys, Pleasants County, W.Va.
