THE FALLEN BRAVE WHO ARE GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN

A list of the dead soldiers in the late war whose graves in the various Wheeling cemeteries will be strew with flowers by their living comrades tomorrow. They will be decorated by the committees of the G.A.R. detailed for that purpose. The list is as complete as the members of the Post could secure, with the most pain-staking research, and it is believed that none have been missed:

The hall of the Grand Army in Beck's Block on Market Street, will be open all day today and tomorrow, and persons having flowers to donate will confer a favor if they will send them there this afternoon or tomorrow early. A large number of the lady friends of the Post were at the hall last evening making wreaths and festoons of evergreen for use to-morrow.
