John L. Lowry (4/21/1826 - 10/15/1892), the son of John and Ruth Lowry, and Elizabeth Biddle (3/18/1841 - 9/24/1885), daughter of William and Mary Biddle, obtained a marriage license in Marshall County, West Virginia on 8/14/1866 and were married on 8/26/1866. John and Elizabeth are buried at Burch Cemetery, Marshall County. Elizabeth's obituary is shown HERE.
Rose Lowry (4/17/1874 - 11/10/1957), the daughter of John L. & Elizabeth Biddle Lowry, married James Henry Carroll (12/13/1872 - 12/22/1945) on 9/25/1896.

Ida Lowry
Ida M. Lowry Mason was born in Woodland, WV on 4/17/1872 to John L. Lowry and Elizabeth Biddle Lowry. She married T. Thoburn Mason on 11/7/1914. She resided in Bellaire, OH and died in Belmont County, OH on 12/13/1950. She is buried at High Ridge Cemetery in Bridgeport, OH.
